ACBM activities: Work started in 1985 but, due to copper mine dispute and the resulting civil unrest, no contact was possible between 1989 and 1996. Two Bible Schools are held each year attended by about 145 adults and children. Seminars are given in Alotau (Milne Bay), Lae (Morobe Province), Arawa and Buka (Bougainville), Rabaul (New Britain). There are 70 active contacts. Pastoral support is provided to the brethren through CALS papers and recorded studies and exhortations. There are 4 Sunday Schools with approx 80 students.

A radio program “Let the Bible Speak” is broadcast weekly on Sunday evenings on Bougainville, Lae and Milne Bay Radio stations. The program goes out to all Bougainville and Papua New Guinea including New Britain and New Ireland
